Biography
Mr. Scumaci’s practice includes the defense of product liability, commercial litigation, class action lawsuits, and multidistrict litigation. Mr. Scumaci’s practice has a particular emphasis on the trial of automotive product liability and catastrophic personal injury matters against national product manufacturers.
Mr. Scumaci is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County.
Mr. Scumaci has served on active duty as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 1998.
