Mark Arcara

Specializing in civil litigation, Mr. Arcara practices in the area of product liability, medical malpractice and insurance defense. Prior to joining Gibson, McAskill & Crosby, he worked as an assistant district attorney for the County of Erie. As a criminal prosecutor, he handled numerous successful felony jury trials. Mr. Arcara is a graduate of Villanova University (B.A. 1991) and the University at Buffalo Law School (J.D. 1997). He is a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations
