Mr. Crosby is a graduate of Niagara University and Fordham University Law School; admitted to practice in 1970; primary experience in trial of cases in courts of original and appellate jurisdiction in both the federal and state systems, including defense of product liability, medical malpractice, casualty, industrial and construction accidents, banking litigation, toxic tort exposure cases, class action suits, and multi-district litigation; member of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association; Regent, American College of Trial Lawyers.
