Brian P. Crosby
 Mr. Crosby is a civil trial
attorney with primary experience in trial of complex cases in courts of
original and appellate jurisdiction in both the federal and state
systems. His practice includes defense of product liability,
medical malpractice, casualty, industrial and construction accidents,
commercial litigation, toxic tort exposure cases, class action suits, and
multi-district litigation. Mr. Crosby's practice has a particular
emphasis on trial of automotive product liability and catastrophic personal
injury matters throughout the United States
and Puerto Rico. He has also
represented clients in international commercial disputes before the
International Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Crosby is a graduate of Niagara University
and Fordham University School of Law. He was admitted to practice
in New York in 1970, and is admitted to
practice before all federal district courts in New York, as well as the First Circuit
Court of Appeals and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member
of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Crosby was
inducted as a Fellow of the American
College of Trial
Lawyers in 1996. He served as a Regent in 2002-2006. Mr. Crosby was
inducted into the International Academy of Trial Lawyers in 2004 and he
is also a member of the Product Liability Advisory Counsel. Mr.
Crosby has been listed in “The Best Lawyers in America” since 1995, “The
Best Lawyers in New York,” 2008 Edition, “New York Area’s Best Lawyers,”
