Tara N.K. Cross

Ms. Cross practices in the area of civil litigation.  She has experience in casualty and negligence matters including premises liability, automobile liability, product liability and New York Labor Law § 200, 240(1), 241(6) industrial construction accidents.  Ms. Cross also handles related appellate work in these practice areas.  She is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Geneseo (B.A., 1999) and Syracuse University College of Law (J.D., 2002).  While in law school, she served as Business Editor for the Journal of International Law and Commerce as well as attained an Advanced Certificate in Health Services Management and Policy from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.  Ms. Cross is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court, Western District of New York.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York.
