Kerry M. Diggin

Ms. Diggin practices in the area of civil litigation. She has experience in casualty and negligence matters including automobile liability, premises liability, products liability and construction accidents. Ms. Diggin also has appellate practice experience. She is responsible for employment discrimination issues for a multi-national corporation. Ms. Diggin is a graduate of the University at Stony Brook (B.A., cum laude, 1994) and the University of Buffalo School of Law (J.D., 2000). At the University of Buffalo School of Law, she served as articles editor for the Environmental Law Journal. Ms. Diggin is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and Federal Court, Western District of New York. She is a member of the American, Erie County, and New York State bar associations. She is an active participant in the Volunteer Lawyer Program.
