R. Donald Finn

Mr. Finn is experienced in commercial matters, contracts and transactions. His practice centers on planning and counseling owners and managers of businesses as to negotiated and contested matters. Mr. Finn represents and counsels a wide variety of businesses at various stages of development. He has taught Business Law, instructed at Bar Association seminars and served as a Law Assistant for the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department. Mr. Finn is a graduate of Niagara University (B.S. 1966, magna cum laude) and Cornell Law School (J.D. 1969) where he was Editor-in-chief of the Cornell International Law Journal.
