Dana Herrington
 Ms. Herrington practices in the
area of civil litigation, including medical malpractice and appellate
advocacy. She defends physicians and other allied health care
professionals against claims of malpractice. She also represents nursing
homes in the defense of negligence matters.
Ms. Herrington is a graduate of Canisius
College (B.A., summa cum laude,
2003 – All College Honors Program) and the State University of New York
at Buffalo Law School
(J.D., 2006). While in law school, Ms. Herrington received the Henry W.
Box Scholarship for exhibiting academic excellence. Ms. Herrington served
as Submissions Editor for the Buffalo Women’s Law Journal. She was also a
Charles S. Desmond Moot Court Competition Quarterfinalist and a member of
the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
She is an active participant in the Lawyers for Learning tutoring
program.
She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York Bar
Association and the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. .
