Charles E. Milch

Mr. Milch practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration and taxation. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo (B.A. 1964, J.D. 1967), where he served as an Editor of the Buffalo Law Review. During the period from 1971 to 1987, he wrote portions of the Official Practice Commentaries to McKinney's New York Surrogate's Court Procedure Act. Mr. Milch is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
