Victor A. Oliveri
 Mr. Oliveri is a civil trial
attorney with primary experience in trial of cases in courts of original
and appellate jurisdiction in both the federal and state systems. His
practice includes defense of product liability, medical and hospital
malpractice, casualty, personal injury, industrial and construction
accidents, and multi-district litigation. Mr. Oliveri’s practice has a
particular emphasis on the trial of complex medical malpractice and
catastrophic personal injury matters.
Mr. Oliveri is a graduate of University
of Buffalo and its Law School. He was Notes Editor of the
Buffalo Law Review 1970-1971. He was admitted to practice in 1972. He is
a member of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Oliveri
was inducted as a Fellow of the American College
of Trial Lawyers in 2003. Mr. Oliveri is also listed in “The Best Lawyers
in America,” Strathmore’s “Who’s Who,” “The Best Lawyers in New York,”
2008 Edition, “New York Area’s Best Lawyers,” 2007 Edition, and “Super
Lawyers.” Mr. Oliveri is also listed as recommended counsel to defend
doctors and hospitals in New York in
“Physician, Protect Thyself,” by Alan G. Williams, J.D., Margot
Publishing, Denver, Colorado 2007. Mr. Oliveri is AV Rated
in Martindale-Hubbell.
