Paulette E. Ross

Ms. Ross practices in the area of civil litigation where she devotes a substantial portion of her practice in the areas of product liability and industrial construction accidents. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo (B.A., 1976), Eastern New Mexico University (M.A., 1978) and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law (J.D., 1997). Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ross worked for over thirteen years as a Psychologist for the State of New York , Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, with emphasis in the areas of psychometrics, developmental diagnosis and program development.

During Ms. Ross' tenure as a psychologist for the State of New York , she served on the Grievance Appeals Board, and participated in dispute resolutions on behalf of the Public Employees Federation. She also served on the Informed Consent Committee which evaluated client behavior modification programs using intrusive techniques.

During law school, Ms. Ross received a judicial internship with the Honorable Joseph D. Mintz, J.S.C. and the Honorable Norman E. Wolf, J.S.C.

Ms. Ross is a member of the American, New York State and Erie County Bar Associations, Minority Bar Association, Women Lawyers of Western New York and the Women's Bar Association of New York.
