Robert E. Scott

Mr. Scott is a civil litigator with primary experience in trial of cases in courts of original and appellate jurisdiction in both the federal and state systems. Admitted to practice in 1978, Mr. Scott specializes in the defense of casualty and negligence cases including complex automobile and tractor trailer litigation, product liability, industrial and construction accidents and employment law.

Mr. Scott is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo (B.A. 1974, magna cum laude) and the University of Buffalo Law School (J.D. 1977). He is a member of the Phi Beta Honors Society, Erie County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
