Robert G. Scumaci

Mr. Scumaci is a trial lawyer whose practice consists primarily of the defense of national product manufacturers in complex product liability cases in New York state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and all New York federal district courts and has defended product manufacturers involved in multi-district litigation. His practice also includes general insurance defense litigation in personal injury matters. Mr. Scumaci is a graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo (B.S. 1987) and Syracuse University Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1992). Mr. Scumaci also served on active duty as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 1998.
