Mark Spitler

Mr. Spitler is an experienced trial attorney handling the defense of civil cases in federal and state courts, including the defense of medical malpractice, casualty and negligence claims and life insurance issues. Mr. Spitler primarily focuses on the defense of physicians, hospitals and health care providers and has obtained numerous successful verdicts on their behalf. Mr. Spitler is a graduate of Canisius College (B.A. - Biology, cum laude, 1978) and the University of Notre Dame Law School (J.D. 1983), where he was the recipient of the Shaheen Fellowship.
