Norman B. Viti, Jr.

Mr. Viti is a senior trial associate who devotes a substantial portion of his practice primarily to the trial of cases in both state and federal courts involving defense of casualty and negligence cases including automobile liability, premises liability, New York Labor Law § 200, 240(1), 241(6) industrial construction accidents and product liability. He also handles related appellate work in these practice areas. Furthermore, Mr. Viti has extensive experience handling personal injury claims on behalf of individuals. He is a former senior trial lawyer from the Erie County District Attorney's Office where he handled major criminal prosecutions.

Mr. Viti is a graduate of LeMoyne College (B.S. 1984) and the State University of New York Law School (J.D. 1989) where he was an Associate Editor (1987-1988) and Senior Editor (1988-1989) of the Buffalo Law Review. His professional memberships include the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations and also the Western New York Trial Lawyers' Association.

Mr. Viti is active in a number of charitable and civic organizations. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Westminster Early Childhood Programs and a former chairman of the Security Committee for several years at Forever Elmwood where he is still an active member.
