Katherine E. Wild
Ms. Wild practices in the area of civil litigation. She defends hospitals, physicians and other allied health care professionals against claims of malpractice. She also represents hospitals and nursing homes in the defense of negligence matters. Ms. Wild is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.A., cum laude, 2001) and Cornell Law School (J.D., 2004). While in law school she served as editor-in-chief of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. Before joining Gibson, McAskill & Crosby, Ms. Wild served as an assistant appellate court attorney at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department between August 2004 and June 2006. Ms. Wild is admitted to practice in New York State and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations, as well as the Western New York and Rochester chapters of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York. Ms. Wild is also a member of the Junior League of Buffalo.
