Rochelle Zimpfer
 Ms. Zimpfer practices in the
area of civil litigation in both state and federal court. Her practice
focuses on insurance defense and casualty and negligence matters
including, but not limited to, automobile liability, premises liability,
products liability and industrial construction accidents. She also has
experience in commercial litigation working on various labor and
employment matters.
Ms. Zimpfer is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University (B.A. 2005,
magna cum laude) and the University at Buffalo Law
School (J.D. 2008,
cum laude). While in law school, Ms. Zimpfer competed nationally with the
U.B. Mock Trial Team and served as editor of the Buffalo Environmental
Law Journal. Ms. Zimpfer is a member of the New York State
and Erie County Bar Associations, and is a volunteer tutor with the
Lawyers for Learning Program affiliated with the Erie County Bar
Association. Ms. Zimpfer is admitted to practice before all Courts of the
State of New York
and the US District Court for the Northern District of New York.
