Mr. Trunfio’s practice includes insurance defense, as well as casualty and negligence matters, including automobile liability, trucking liability, premises liability and products liability.
Mr. Trunfio obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Allegheny College in 2017, and he obtained his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2020. During law school, Mr. Trunfio served as a student law clerk to the Hon. Glenn T. Suddaby, Chief U.S. District Judge of the Northern District of New York. He also was a member of the Journal of International Law and Commerce, in which his article on international cybersecurity policy was selected for publication. Additionally, Mr. Trunfio was a member of the Advocacy Honor Society. As a member of the Advocacy Honor Society he competed in several nationwide trial competitions, which included winning the Regional Championship at the American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition.
Mr. Trunfio is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court, Western District of New York. Mr. Trunfio is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
