Ms. Jaehn’s practice includes medical and hospital malpractice defense, healthcare providers and physician practice group defense.
Ms. Jaehn is a graduate of Duquesne University, where she graduated cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor from Capital University, where she graduated with honors.
Ms. Jaehn is admitted to practice in the State of New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the Bar Association of Erie County, and the Western New York chapter of the Women’s Bar Association.
While in law school, Ms. Jaehn was a fellow in the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Fellowship where she taught seniors in inner city high schools about the Constitution and Criminal Procedure and how it applied to them. She also participated in the Law School’s legal clinic and trial advocacy programs. Ms. Jaehn also volunteered for the City of White Hall as an assistant prosecutor in Mayor’s Court. She also assisted individuals and families with tax preparation for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
