Mr. Carroll’s practice includes the defense of physicians, hospitals and medical institutions in malpractice cases.
Mr. Carroll obtained his B.S. magna cum laude from State University of New York The College at Brockport. He received his Juris Doctor from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law. Mr. Carroll received the Woolsack Honor Society (top 15% of graduating law school class) and the CALI award for Excellence in the subject of Insurance Law.
Mr. Carroll was a Law Clerk at Gibson McAskill & Crosby LLP prior to being hired as an Associate. Mr. Carroll also served as an intern for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General’s Health Care Section. While in law school, Mr. Carroll worked as a research assistant to Professor Christopher French, focusing on general liability insurance matters.
Mr. Carroll is admitted to practice in the State of New York. He is also a member in the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County.
