Ms. Taylor’s practice includes medical and hospital malpractice defense, healthcare providers and physician practice group defense.
Ms. Taylor is a graduate of Stonehill College, where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and received the Award for Excellence in the Study of Health Law.
Ms. Taylor was a Law Clerk at Gibson McAskill & Crosby LLP prior to being hired as an Associate. Ms. Taylor also served as an intern for a health insurance company in Western New York and a large regional health system. While in law school, Ms. Taylor worked as a research assistant to Professors Isabel Marcus and Danielle Pelfrey Duryea, focusing women in the law and surgical informed consent.
Ms. Taylor is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
While in law school, Ms. Taylor spent a summer as an intern at the Cancer Legal Advocacy Service Project at Legal Services of Western New York in Syracuse, where she had the opportunity to staff numerous hospital legal clinics in the Syracuse community. Ms. Taylor also participated in UB Law School’s Domestic Violence legal clinic and trial advocacy program. Ms. Taylor currently volunteers as a coach for UB’s trial teams.
