Mr. Bachman’s practice includes medical and hospital malpractice defense, healthcare providers and physicians practice group defense, claims against long-term facilities and general negligence matters.
Mr. Bachman is a graduate of Le Moyne College and received his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Bachman was a Senior Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal and served as Treasurer of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He was also a research assistant to three professors and a peer mentor with the Student Bar Association.
Mr. Bachman joined Gibson, McAskill & Crosby LLP as a Law Clerk before being hired as an Associate. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Erie County Bar Association. Mr. Bachman is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Court of the Western District of New York, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.
Mr. Bachman has volunteered with Maureen’s Hope Cancer Foundation, which offers practical support and assistance to people facing the challenges of a cancer diagnosis or other life-altering disease. Mr. Bachman also participated in Quinnipiac’s Civil Justice Clinic, where he assisted local low-income clients with various legal problems.
