Rachael E. Baskerville

Ms. Baskerville’s practice includes the defense of casualty and negligence matters including, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, construction site accidents, municipal liability claims, and toxic tort cases.

Education/Experience

Ms. Baskerville is a graduate of Canisius College, where she received her Master of Business Administration in Accounting.  She received her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Baskerville was a member of the Tax Law Society and Veterans Legal Assistance Project.

Ms. Baskerville is admitted to practice in the State of New York.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Erie County, and the Western New York Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association.
