Mr. Graber specializes in business law, including business formation, transactions and litigation. Specifically, Mr. Graber has significant experience in corporate litigation, including contract disputes and business torts, as well as in the areas of insurance coverage disputes.
Additionally, Mr. Graber has significant experience in the defense of personal injury claims, including premises liability claims as well as workplace accidents and construction claims.
Mr. Graber is a graduate of Fordham University and received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served on its Moot Court Board.
Mr. Graber is admitted to practice in the State of New York, before all Federal district courts in the State of New York, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Graber is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County, where he currently serves as an elected member of its Nominating Committee as the Chair of the Federal Practice Committee.
Mr. Graber is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association. He is active in pro bono work and is the primary coordinator for the firm’s participation in the Say Yes! Buffalo Legal Task Force. He is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education seminars and speaks on a wide variety of legal topics and current developments in the law.
