Biography
Mr. Bachman’s practice includes the defense of hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in malpractice, nursing home negligence, and professional disciplinary. Mr. Bachman has also handled negligence matters including premises liability.
Mr. Bachman is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Erie County.
Mr. Bachman has volunteered with Maureen’s Hope Cancer Foundation, which offers practical support and assistance to people facing the challenges of a cancer diagnosis or other life-altering disease.
