Mr. Crosby’s practice includes the defense of product liability, commercial litigation, class action lawsuits, and multi-district litigation.
Mr. Crosby’s practice has a particular emphasis on the trial of automotive product liability and catastrophic personal injury matters throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.
Additionally, he has represented clients in international commercial disputes before the International Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Crosby is a graduate of Niagara University and received his Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law.
Mr. Crosby is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before all federal district courts in the State of New York, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Crosby is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Bar Association of Erie County, and the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Crosby was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1996, and served as Regent from 2002-2006. Mr. Crosby was also inducted into the International Academy of Trial Lawyers in 2004 and is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Counsel.
He has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America since 1995, The Best Lawyers in New York, New York Area’s Best Lawyers and has been recognized as an “Upstate New York Super Lawyer” for his work in Personal Injury – Products Defense by SuperLawyers.

Mr. Crosby has served on the Board of Directors for Millard Fillmore Hospital, Kaleida Health and the Visiting Nursing Associates of Western New York. He currently serves on the Niagara University Board of Trustees and received the prestigious Caritas Medal from Niagara University in the fall of 2016.
