Mr. Oliveri’s practice includes the defense of product liability, medical and hospital malpractice, casualty and personal injury, industrial and construction accidents, and multi-district litigation. Mr. Oliveri’s practice has a particular emphasis on the trial of complex medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury matters.
Mr. Oliveri is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He was previously the Notes Editor of the Buffalo Law Review from 1970 to 1971. Mr. Oliveri is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Court, Western District of New York, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Oliveri is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Bar Association of Erie County, and the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Oliveri was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2003.
