 WORLDWIDE EFFORT BRINGS TOGETHER VOLUNTEERS FROM THE LEGAL PROFESSION TO SUPPORT MORE THAN 80 COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS 

• Ford Motor Company’s Legal Alliance for Women (LAW) is hosting the Second Annual Global Day of Service on Sept. 26, focusing on servicing organizations who support the well-being of women and girls
• Gibson McAskill & Crosby employees will volunteer at the Family Justice Center of Erie County, assisting with giving some TLC to the Southtowns Satellite location in advance of their 10^th anniversary and organizing a donation drive within the firm to benefit the needs of victims of domestic violence and their children.
• The LAW Global Day of Service is part of Ford Global Caring Month, a signature worldwide event of the Ford Volunteer Corps in 34 countries during September.

Buffalo, New York, Sept. 26, 2019 – Joining volunteers around the world, a team from Gibson McAskill & Crosby, LLP, will take part in the Second Annual Global Day of Service, a worldwide initiative spearheaded by Ford Motor Company’s Legal Alliance for Women (LAW), the company’s professional organization focused of women in the legal practice. The coordinated global effort will assist organizations supporting the empowerment and well-being of women and girls in their respective communities. Gibson McAskill & Crosby, LLP, is among more than 70 law firms around the world partnering with LAW to volunteer time and perform pro bono work on a day of community service scheduled for September 26^th.

Gibson McAskill & Crosby, LLP, is bringing the Global Day of Service to Western New York and will be volunteering at the Family Justice Center of Erie County. Employees from Gibson McAskill & Crosby, LLP, will assist in painting, cleaning and sprucing up the Southtowns Satellite location in advance of their 10^th anniversary and organizing a donation drive within the firm to benefit the local community.

Ford LAW Global Day of Service continues this year with a singular vision to help community organizations that are assisting women and girls through educational, empowerment, and support programs. Bringing together volunteers from more than eight countries, this day of service is a collective effort to give back to the communities Ford and its partners operate in.
