Biography
Mr. Desmond’s practice area includes representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases including but not limited to car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, construction accidents, dog bites, workplace injuries, sexual abuse, premises liability, and product liability. Mr. Desmond has also done extensive work representing fire fighters in numerous actions.
Mr. Desmond is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County.
Mr. Desmond broke the World Record for longest basketball game ever played in 2021 for Mental Health Awareness with the Revelas Family Foundation. I have been very active with that charity for years in supporting Mental Health.
