Biography
Ms. MacDonald’s practice includes the defense of casualty and negligence matters including motor vehicle and construction site accidents. Ms. MacDonald also has experience handling premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, and municipal liability matters.
Ms. MacDonald is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, and the Western New York Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York.
