Biography
Mr. Baez’s practice includes casualty and negligence litigation matters including the defense of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and premises liability claims.
Mr. Baez is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, and the Minority Bar Association of Western New York.
